How can I check my Point exchange history and delivery dates?
Sign in, and navigate to your "Exchange History" page.
In the "Processing" tab you can see a list of any requested reward items that have not yet been delivered.
In the "Complete" tab you can see a list of any sent reward items.
If you have not received a reward item by the delivery date, please allow a few business days to account for any possible delay in shipping.
