When will my Reward item be delivered?

There are two ways that you can confirm your reward's estimated delivery date. The first way is to check the confirmation email you received after completing your exchange request. The second is to sign in and navigate to your "Exchange History" page, and view the "Processing" tab. Any reward items you've requested which have not yet been sent will be listed with a clear estimated delivery date. Any items which have already been sent will be moved to the "Complete" tab of the "Exchange History" page. You can confirm the date that the item was sent. If your item is still listed as "Processing", don't worry - it will be sent to you as usual. If you item has moved to "Complete" recently and you didn't receive it yet, this means it has been shipped, and it is in transit. Please allow a few business days to account for any possible delay in shipping.
