My PhonePe Voucher Code is not working. What should I do?
In case of any issues regarding your PhonePe Gift Card, kindly contact their customer care support. Please see details as following:

Also, please follow the below steps to redeem your PhonePe Gift Card in case you have not redeemed your Gift Card yet-
1. Click on the Reward link mentioned in your PhonePe's reward notification sent to your Notifications (bell icon in the top right corner after login)
2. This link will redirect you to a Reward landing page that displays the details such as Reward name, Reward value, Reward validity; How to use? and Terms & Conditions
3. Verify the captcha & click the 'Redeem' button
4. You will be shown details of a Gift Card Number (Serial Number/Code) and a PIN along with the Download Now button
5. It is strongly advised that you click Download Now button immediately to avoid losing your PhonePe reward due to limited access of the Reward link
6. Now, login to your PhonePe account in your PhonePe mobile app
7. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner to open your profile
8. Locate and tap PhonePe Gift Card under Manage Payments section
9. Tap on 'CLAIM NOW'
10. Enter the Gift Card Number (Serial Number/Code) and PIN (copied from the downloaded file) in the pop-up and tap on 'ADD'
11. Your PhonePe Gift Card will be successfully added to your PhonePe account
